One, Two Three, Fire!!
The weather was dry enough this week for the Cubs to finally practise their fire-lighting skills and make a drink for the leaders. There was a good selection of Typhoo and Nescafe for Bagheera and Raksha with grass tea for Akela.
The evening was finished off with a game of Duck, Duck, Goose, or in Josh's case, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck,Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Duck, Goose.

Pack Meeting 17th July 2012
Take the strain.................................Pull
The Cubs had a game of Tug of War this week, before labelling their own honey and finishing off some badges. They finished off with a game of Russian Roulette with a soaking for some of the Cubs.
Mouse is off to Portugal with Mathilda, make sure he brings back some Medronho for Akela.

Pack Meeting 10th July 2012
The Scout hut has been invaded by Williams this week. Welcome to two new Cubs from Kent, Willam and Emily, and William Clark who has now joined us in a swimming up ceremony on Thursday.
The new cubs were welcomed with a game of Stack Attack, and for next time, I want you all stacking like the next post.

Pack Meeting 3rd July 2012
We're Going on a Bug Hunt...............
The Cubs worked towards their Naturalist badge today by searching for slugs, snails, earwigs and and centipedes and adding them to the Bug Hotel.
Three of our newest Cubs, Molly, Jacob and Mathilda were also invested......
................ and we said 'Goodbye' to Freddie as he retires to hopefully become the first member of a new Scout Group.
