Cub Leadership

It's important that every meeting isn't dominated with an adult leading every activity. Of course that happens on many occasions and often because we are instructing or being safety aware. However, there are many opportunities for our young people to shape what we do and their imagination brings a lot to the Pack. Last night, Phoebe donned a Leader's necker and led the games sessions. And, she did a great job of it too!

You can see from the smiles on the other Cub's faces how much they were enjoying what she was doing. Well done Phoebe.
